Liability Solutions is the exclusive third party marketer for a select group of hedge funds that have elected to outsource their capital raising activity. Our business model and philosophy ensures that we develop long term partnerships with both our network of institutional investors and the hedge funds we represent.
We are committed to introducing to our global network of institutional hedge fund investors only those managers and funds whose backgrounds and performance records meet their investment critieria. We represent both new and established hedge funds on a global and exclusive basis. All our hedge fund representations are preceded by in depth due diligence performed by our research team. For distribution to prospective investors, we prepare branded monthly reports for each of our funds, incorporating performance data and attribution, manager commentary, description of investment strategy, peer group analysis and manager and fund details. We also prepare a branded due diligence document which is made available for distribution. We participate in meetings between fund managers and prospective investors ensuring that we remain updated on all our funds and informed so as to take care of the necessary follow up.
A database of contacts customised to our requirements ensures that we are familiar with the investment preferences and processes of our investor clients and thus able to follow a highly targeted approach to hedge fund introductions. Our database also includes detailed information for each investor about their interest in our funds allowing us to tailor the most appropriate marketing approach. This information is shared with our hedge funds via quarterly reports with commentary on each investor's interest.
