Jeremy Downward - Chairman

In 2001, Mr. Downward established a Family Office, of which he is also the CIO, managing the investments of a number of Trusts and Foundations of a prominent European Family office. The Family Office invests in liquid investments across the asset class spectrum in most developed and emerging markets. Previously Mr. Downward was a founding partner and board member of Greece's first private sector investment bank, Alpha Finance from 1989 to 2001 where his responsibilities centered on large cap capital markets and corporate finance advisory transactions. He was involved in the establishment and development of Alpha Bank and Alpha Finance in Romania and Alpha Finance in the USA. Alpha Finance listed on the Athens Stock Exchange in April 1995. Prior to Alpha Finance he was a Vice President at Continental Illinois Bank and worked as a relationship manager to multinational corporations based in the north-eastern United States. His banking career commenced in 1984 working for Continental Illinois Bank in Piraeus and then Athens Greece, prior to which he was an officer in the British army for 6 years, seeing service in Germany, Central America and the U.K. He has a BA Honours degree in International History and Politics from  Leeds University, U.K. graduating in 1976.

Anastasios Leventis

Anastasios serves on the board of and provides strategic, management and financial support to a diverse group of financial, consumer and industrial businesses in Europe and Africa. He has worked as an analyst at American Express Bank Ltd. and Credit Suisse Group. He holds a Masters of Business Administration from New York University's Stern School of Business.

Marise Muscat  

Marise holds a B.Com in Management and Banking and Finance from the University of Malta and has over 10 years experience in the financial services industry, specializing in investment services regulation. She started her career working within the Securities unit of the Malta Financial Services Authority during which time she was heavily involved in the licensing and supervision of investment services companies as well as collective investment schemes. She left the Authority to head the compliance department of the Global Capital Group, one of the larger financial services institutions in Malta where she worked for over 6 years. Subsequently she took up employment with KPMG Malta working within the firm's Regulation and Compliance department. Marise left KPMG in 2007 to set up a consultancy business specializing in regulation and compliance services.
