Richard Watkins - Chief Executive OfficerWith 30 years of institutional investment experience, Richard holds a B.Sc. in civil engineering and an MSI from the Securities Institute. He has worked in London, New York, Australia and Venezuela. In 2000 he co-founded Liability Solutions, a hedge fund marketing and fund of hedge funds advisory business, operating out of offices in London and New York. In 1992, he was co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of the LatInvest Group, a London and New York based Latin American investment bank, which subsequently became BBV LatInvest. Prior to establishing LatInvest, he was on the Schroders Group Executive Committee, responsible for Capital Markets and Securities. |

Richard MalpasRichard has 30 years experience in investment banking. He joined the Chase Manhattan Bank in New York after receiving an MBA from the Wharton School. During his 18 years with Chase, Richard held numerous positions in New York and Latin America in corporate finance and debt capital markets. Richard joined ING in 1994 to head Corporate Finance for Latin America. Shortly after his 1995 move to London he became Global Head of the Debt Products Group for ING Barings. Richard joined Liability Solutions in June 2001. |

Philip O'NeillPhilip has over 20 years of institutional investment experience, and a degree in Economics and Politics and a postgraduate Marketing Diploma from Kingston University, Surrey. Beginning his City career with the London Commodity Exchange in 1984, he was an Associate Director at CAL Futures Ltd in London before leaving in 1990 to co-found as Marketing Director, Folkes Asset Management, a private advisory firm in non-traditional investments. Between 1994 and 2000 was responsible for institutional marketing at Union Group / World Invest. Philip joined Liability Solutions in October 2000. |

Tim LovellTim has over 25 years of experience in the investment industry. He is a Chartered Accountant and has worked in London, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Mumbai. During the 1980's he was Finance Director of W.I.Carr and then Swiss Bank Corporation's Asian investment banking operations. In early 1990 he jointly founded Marlin Partners, an Asian stock broking and asset management business where he established leading research products in both Asian funds and Indian equities. He also launched and managed an Indian smaller companies fund in conjunction with General Insurance Company of India. In 2002 he joined the board of AIM listed investment company, Acquisitor and became CEO of AIM listed Baltimore Capital one of its investee companies. Tim joined Liability Solutions in December 2006. |

Wilber ColmerauerWilber started his investment banking career in Brazil with Banco Garantia in 1986 after receiving a MBA from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. In 1992 he moved to London when he worked with Kidder Peabody at their Latin American Eurobond desk; at the end of the same year he joined LatInvest as an equity analyst. After holding several positions in the areas of syndication and capital markets, he was appointed Chief Executive of BBVA Securities Ltd in 1998, position held until 2001. Wilber joined Liability Solutions in January 2002. |

Jodi BissonJodi has over 8 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Liability Solutions, she worked at Deutsche Bank within Global Equities for 5 years in New York. During this time, positions were held within Relationship Management, Strategic Planning and Research, and Marketing. Jodi graduated with a B.B.A. from Bishop's University, Quebec, and completed a MSc in Finance from the ISMA Centre, University of Reading, England. She joined Liability Solutions in April 2005. |

Shaw & Co, a global quantitative hedge fund. She subsequently worked for Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young in their operational risk group. Michael FinnellMike was CEO of MIT Associates, a highly regarded 3rd Party Marketing firm, from April 2002 until its merger with Liability Solutions in September 2008. During that period MIT raised $1.5 billion of capital for hedge fund clients across a range of strategies including distressed, L/S Equity, Global Macro and Fixed Income arbitrage. Prior to MIT Associates Mike worked for Bear Stearns, where he was Managing Director of Equity Capital Markets responsible for capital raising across a range of industries in the private, public and convertible markets. Prior to Bear Stearns, Mike had 11 years experience as a Managing Director in Equity Capital Markets at ING Barings (formerly Furman Selz) and UBS. He also has worked in Debt Capital Markets, Financial Institutions Investment Banking and Corporate Lending. Mike holds a BA in Political Science from St. Mary's College of California and a graduate degree in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management in Arizona. |

Drew OtockaBefore its merger with Liability Solutions in September 2008, Drew originally joined MIT Asset Management in 1999 as Managing Director and was a founding partner of MIT Associates, a Broker Dealer established in 2002. He was instrumental in that firm's successful asset raising activities among institutional investors. Prior to MIT Asset Management, Drew spent 14 years in a variety of senior marketing positions at both Citibank and Chase Manhattan Bank with an emphasis on relationship management. He also has extensive consumer marketing and sales experience. Drew holds a BA in Economics from Middlebury College and an MBA in International Business from the Wharton Graduate School, University of Pennsylvania. |

Peter HamiltonBefore its merger with Liability Solutions in September 2008, Peter joined MIT Associates as a Managing Director in June, 2006 from Hamilton Investment Partners, a firm specializing in hedge funds and private equity placements. Prior to Hamilton Investment Partners, he spent over 20 years at Morgan Stanley in the Fixed Income Department serving as a Managing Director and Head of Credit Derivative Sales and Marketing. Peter holds a BA from Amherst College and an MBA from the Columbia Graduate School of Business Administration. |

Patrick KeanePatrick has over 18 years of institutional investment experience, specializing in the financial services sector. Patrick became an insurance underwriter and reinsurance specialist at Royal Insurance and later an underwriting officer at General Re Group. In 1987, he joined Fox-Pitt, Kelton Group, a financial services-focused investment bank, as a reinsurance analyst. He later moved to the institutional sales desk where he became lead salesman covering the major institutional investors in the Northeast. In 2001, with Swiss Re Group as parent company, Patrick founded Conning Research & Consulting, Inc., an independent investment research consultancy. Jose Manuel Sanchez - Latin AmericaJose Manuel graduated from Georgetown University, Washington DC (1971) and obtained an MBA at IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland (1976). He has served as representative in Venezuela and the Andean Region for financial institutions such as Manufacturers Hanover Trust and LatInvest Securities Ltd . He has over 10 years of corporate finance experience having worked at Sanchez & Co. to become Treasurer and board member of affliated commercial and industrial concerns. He was the financial advisor for C.V.G. in the privatisation of the aluminum industry and Finance Manager at C.V.G. International, New York. He has also been a board member of several financial institutions in Venezuela and following the sale of LatInvest to BBV became Vice President, Markets at BBV Banco Provincial. |
