Tim Lovell

Tim Lovell - Finance Director

Tim has over 25 years of experience in the investment industry. He is a Chartered Accountant and has worked in London, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Mumbai. During the 1980's he was Finance Director of W.I.Carr and then Swiss Bank Corporation's Asian investment banking operations. In early 1990 he jointly founded Marlin Partners, an Asian stockbroking and asset management business., In 2002 he joined the board of AIM listed investment company , Acquisitor Holdings Bermuda and became CEO of AIM listed Baltimore Capital one of its investee companies. Tim joined Liability Solutions in December 2006.

 
Steve Chaplin

Steve Chaplin - Office Manager

Steve joined the Personnel division of Acrow, following a brief spell with NatWest, before moving to Erith Merchants in 1984. He was appointed Group Personnel Manager in 1988. Steve joined LatInvest (subsequently BBV LatInvest) in 1996 as Administration Manager encompassing Personnel, Cost Accounting and Regulator liaison.

Sabine joined Liability Solutions in September 2006. From 2003 to 2006, she worked as Office and Reception Manager for Numis Securities, an investment bank and stock broking business in London. Prior to that Sabine spent 7 years in the hospitality business in Germany and in London.

Marise Muscat

Marise Muscat holds a B.Com in Management and Banking and Finance from the University of Malta and has over 10 years experience in the financial services industry, specializing in investment services regulation. She started her career working within the Securities unit of the Malta Financial Services Authority during which time she was heavily involved in the licensing and supervision of investment services companies as well as collective investment schemes. She left the Authority to head the compliance department of the Global Capital Group, one of the larger financial services institutions in Malta where she worked for over 6 years. Subsequently she took up employment with KPMG Malta working within the firm's Regulation and Compliance department. Marise left KPMG in 2007 to set up a consultancy business specializing in regulation and compliance services.
